Healthy Relationships regular physical activity, a satisfying career, and spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. When the primary food is balanced, your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.


Our diet, and therefore health, is literally controlled by the Primary Foods (relationships, career, physical activity,  spirituality, finances, trust... to name a few).
