 During this assessment, we identify the key factors that influence your mental and physical health. We will reflect them in the circle of life and by closely examining each of these areas, we will obtain information about your family history, your diet, your exercise, your physical health and your past traumas, your successes, your stress levels, your environment social, your feelings and purposes, and much more.
 
 AT THE END OF THE CONSULTATION YOU WILL RECEIVE VIA EMAIL A FIRST MODEL OF YOUR PERSONALIZED HEALTH PROGRAM, WITH SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS SO YOU BEGIN TO START IN YOUR DAILY LIFE.
