 During this assessment, we identify the key factors that influence your mental and physical health. We will map these out across the circle of life and by closely examining each of these areas, we will gain insight into your family history, your diet, your exercise, your physical health and past traumas, your successes, your stress levels, your social environment, your feelings and purpose, and much more.
 AT THE END OF THE CONSULTATION YOU WILL RECEIVE VIA EMAIL A FIRST TEMPLATE OF YOUR PERSONALIZED HEALTH PROGRAM, WITH SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOU TO START IMPLEMENTING IN YOUR DAILY LIFE.
