 We start the day with a beautiful breakfast at an Exclusive Hotel on the Costa del Sol, where we meet, set intentions for your day and are honest about the pain you have been experiencing in your mind, body and spirit. 
 
 We will prepare a complete Medical History and identify the root cause of your concerns and symptoms. 
 
 You will then be taken to one of my favorite XXXX spas for an exclusive treatment/healing. 
 
 When we struggle with a chronic illness, it can be very easy to isolate ourselves and create walls around us so that no one dares to get too close. 
 
 With this treatment you will be breaking that cycle and then we will meet to meditate together on everything you have just experienced. 
 
 Your day continues with a delicious lunch with organic foods and a warm and private atmosphere, where we talk about how to prepare yourself to feel truly empowered in your life. 
 
 In the afternoon, after a moment of relaxation, we will have a workshop exclusively prepared for you. 
 
 You can choose between different topics, such as: nutrition, yoga, meditation, sacred songs, aromatherapy... among many. 
 
 You will leave our time together with clear steps to take for when you are experiencing a flare in your health, when depression from your current circumstances takes over and when you begin to feel isolated again. 
 
 This day is meant to wrap you in so much love that you will know how to access it when you need it.
