Stretch posture: vitality and strength.

At Kundalini Yoga we have a posture that is ideal for the morning.

When you do it it will be a very different day, you will have all the will and triple the energy that you normally have every morning.

● Adjust and strengthen the navel point, your power center.

● Adjusts the nervous and digestive system.

● Strengthens the organs and glands of the reproductive system.

How to do a stretching posture?

It is a demanding position that will test you.

1. Lie on your back.

2. Raise your head and heels together 15 cm from the ground.

3. Keep your neck stretched by bringing your chin towards your throat.

  1. Focus your eyes on the balls of your feet and stretch your toes so that they point away from you.

  2. Place your arms either on your thighs with your palms facing down without touching your legs, or alternatively, with your arms at your side with your palms facing your body but without touching it.

  3. Breath of fire begins.


Time to complete: 3 minutes


Most people can only do 30 seconds the first time, you will surely have to put your feet down, if you don't, consider yourself a superhero. If you need to put your feet down, go down only one foot at a time, no cheating .


After 30 seconds your body will start to shake and contort, LET THAT HAPPEN, when your body shakes your body relaxes. It's a complete adjustment.


To master the posture

Be aware that what allows you to maintain this posture is the navel center and breathing helps you cope with it. Don't collapse, rearrange your body, stretch your back by pressing your lower back against the floor, command your body.


Apply a gentle root lock. This action pulls the navel point inward and keeps the lower back in constant contact with the floor.It is a complete self-challenge, to your resistance and your strength.


If you are a beginner:

● You can place your hands under your butt, this will help keep your lower back on the floor.

● Lower one leg alternately if necessary to rest. Contraindications for women

● Do not practice this posture in the following circumstances, as it puts more pressure on the female reproductive organs:

● After the first 120 days of pregnancy.

● If there are any complications in the pregnancy.

● During the first days of a woman's lunar cycle.
